Miguel Franco is the Continuous Improvement Manager for the Halliburton Global Technology organization. He has 12 years of experience with Halliburton and 14 years of professional experience in performance improvement. He is an expert in value engineering, project management, management consulting, and lean six sigma. In addition, Miguel has significant field experience, working for the Halliburton Sperry Drilling organization as a lead MWD/LWD engineer for unconventional plays in Texas and Louisiana.
